Judy Pace
Judy Pace is the owner of Mimosa Farms, where she lives with her partner Finn. After purchasing the property in 2007, Judy has been slowly improving the site, with new additions and lots of gardening. She has five (five!) children, all grown up and out of the house, so she dedicates most of her time to her animals. An animal-lover her whole life, Judy has trouble saying no to strays, as evidenced by the abundance of animals here on the farm. Judy's favourite things include her twin sister Cathy, her only daughter Emily, and attending horseback riding competitions around North America, where Emily competes. A dedicated mother and friend, Judy works tirelessly to maintain the farm and provide her family with everything they need.
Farmer finn
Finn Nielsen is the head of Mimosa Farms. Taking care of all of the animals, as well as maintaining the grounds, the day is never done for this dedicated man. Originally from Denmark, Finn immigrated to Vancouver Island as a child and moved east after meeting Judy in 2002. Finn's favourite things include Tim Horton's coffee (thank goodness for the newly built Timmie's ten minutes away) driving his Triumph motorcycle, and of course, all of his animals. Finn has one daughter, Emma, who is currently attending medical school in Antigua. The farm would not operate without Finn, and the Pace family is thankful for him every day.
